WELLNESS AND COUNSELING
Students who feel balanced and healthy are more engaged, better learners, and happier in life.
Flint Hill fundamentally believes in developing the whole child — intellectually, socially, and emotionally — in health and wellbeing. We teach mindfulness at the earliest grades and support students’ emotional needs with our six mental health counselors. Students learn to manage emotions, handle life’s demands, and build resilience that serves them well into adulthood. We collaborate across faculty to help our students create balance so they can meet the challenges of our program while enjoying the journey as much as the destination.
